We are looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting business decision-making across our entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to guide investment and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage cash flow and mitigate financial risks to ensure operational stability.
  • Accounting Operations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (SG, PH, MY, and other relevant jurisdictions).
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and local accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance roles.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with multi-country teams.
