Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a Site / Service Technician based in Selangor or Johor to support senior service engineers at customer sites. You will provide on-site technical assistance, participate in testing, and help ensure safety and performance of the product.

The role requires a Diploma or professional certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with willingness to travel to various customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites including industrial and construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to resolve site issues and work with the service team to ensure testing protocol and safety of the product.
• Assist service engineers to troubleshoot, resolve challenges, and optimize system performance at site.
• Assist with site audits, site inspections, and thermal-scanning.
