Field Service Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
As a fresh graduate embarking on the Field Service Engineer role, you will have the opportunity to chart your own career path while learning about the Service Business Unit and the field service engineering opportunity. This opportunity provides excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training and industry site experience. You’ll learn to demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn in a 1-year traineeship period.
The Field Service Engineer will focus on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start‑up. Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Developing on‑going relationships with customers to secure future business. The Field Service Engineer may resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
