Responsibilities
- Calibrate Test and Measurement equipment, including troubleshooting, problem isolation and provide technical information for customer to make decision wisely at customer's site.
- Maintenance of various calibration software platforms.
- Manage record retention for onsite calibration operations.
- Customer facing employee. Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customer, acting as trusted advisors for all Keysight service-related inquiries.
- Setup calibration stations to be shipped onsite and tear-down of stations after onsite calibration.
- Monitor and analyze progress of onsite calibration and provide daily reports on the updates.
- To comply with quality process based on ISO17025 Standard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in calibration services or hands-on with test and measurement equipment.
- Good understanding of RF and microwave principles, power electronics, analyzers and other related measurement technique.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive approach to address customer and/or internal challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with customers and internal team. Must be a good team player.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed within short notice period. Willing to be stationed at customer's site and work outstations for several weeks.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) for reporting and documentation.
