We are a Medical Equipment Supplier seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our thriving engineering team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Malaysia. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of field service experience in medical industry. Experience on other technical related field also will be considered.

Well experienced candidate will be considered for senior level positions.

Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia & English both in writing and speaking, and good interpersonal skills are required to interface with customers and company personals

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Strong in technical troubleshooting skills

Manage spare parts and inventory

Have computer knowledge, operating Microsoft windows, Office and etc

Able to work independently

Ability to work irregular hours, weekend and on standby duties

Possess a valid driving license and own transport (car)

Willing to travel in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak

Willing to travel overseas for short period
