Responsibilities

• Direct Brand Representation: Engage potential customers face-to-face across outdoor events, roadshows, and business-to-business campaigns to showcase client products and services.
• Campaign Execution: Communicate product benefits clearly, handle customer inquiries, and close sales opportunities while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Team & Operations Support: Participate in daily morning briefings, set personal and campaign targets, and collaborate with team members on field logistics.
• Leadership Development: Progress from campaign shadowing to independently managing booth operations and coaching incoming junior trainees.
