Lein Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an Fraud Investigation/ Internal Audit Executive to support end-to-end investigations, conduct surprise field audits at FMCG depots, and perform data analytics to detect financial anomalies. The role involves preparing and maintaining confidential case files and assisting in root-cause analysis for corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in corporate investigation, with an accounting/finance background and strong English communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelors or professional papers in accounting, finance, audit, fraud or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate investigation, forensic auditing, internal audit, compliance or loss prevention.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics or cash-and-van-sales environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end investigations: assist in gathering evidence, interviewing suspects/witnesses, and drafting corrective actions.
• Execute surprise field audits: travel to outstation hubs to perform unannounced cash counts and stock checks.
• Data analytics and extraction: pull sales logs, system data and reports to spot anomalies or collusion.
• Draft initial factual findings and maintain confidential case files for final reporting.
