Rentokil Initial plc is seeking a motivated Field Biologist to monitor and ensure service compliance on customer premises, applying biology/entomology expertise and strong communication to perform on-site inspections. The role offers base pay, transport and mobile subsidies, a laptop, and training with a specialist team.

Ideal candidates hold a Biology degree (Entomology/Vector Control preferred), with or without Pest Control experience, and possess a valid D license and own car.

Qualificações

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Field Biologist (FB) to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to continuously monitor and ensure service compliance whilst also using your Biology / Entomology knowledge and outgoing personality to perform on-site inspection at customers’ premise.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Constantly monitor and ensure service compliance
• Undertake Quality Assurance and Field Biologist Inspections for Rentokil Reporting Services and Termite Management Programs or other high value services sold by the branch
• Responsible for timely and proper completion of the customers and administrative reports
• Involved in training preparation for pest control division

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Biological Science or equivalent, preferably Major in Entomology or Vector Control. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Pest Control industry would be an added advantage
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good team player with the ability to lead and manage a team of service staff

• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection, analytical and presentation skills

• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess valid D licence & owns a car
• Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application
  

Highly Desirable:

• Excellent knowledge in Biological Science, presentation & negotiation skills
• Ability to recommend solutions
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
• Commercially focused and is alert of the changes and updates in market movement
