Job summary

AS Watson Group in Malaysia is seeking retail associates to provide professional customer service, manage stock levels, and promote VIP Member Cards. The role requires excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities include ensuring proper selling techniques to meet sales targets and maintaining standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• To provide professional service to customers.
• To coordinates sufficient stock levels.
• To ensure of correct selling techniques to do sales and achieves target.
• To perform cashier functions & promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• To maintains procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• To undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
