Job summary

SD Guthrie International (KCP Carey Island) invites Malaysian graduates to join our PROTÉGÉ Programme for February 2027 intake. This 1-year on-the-job training spans Shipping & Logistics, Procurement, HSE, HR, Engineering, Finance and Admin, with medical coverage and annual/sick leave included.

Applicants must be local or international graduates, CGPA 2.7+, willing to travel to Carey Island, Selangor, and commit to the full programme year. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Malaysian graduates from local and international universities who are currently unemployed.
• Degree holder in Shipping & Logistics, Procurement, HSE, HR, Engineering, Finance, Admin, Data Science or Mathematics with CGPA 2.7 or higher.
• Able to travel to Carey Island, Selangor for work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-year PROTÉGÉ programme across listed departments.
• Engage in on-the-job training and development activities.
• Contribute to team projects and daily operations during the intake.
