Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize sell-through performance from the previous season.
• Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and design techniques via social platforms, streetwear observation, trend forecasts (WGSN), and files provided by brand principals.
• Conceptualize and create seasonal storyboards and mood boards with fabric samples for each new collection.
• Ensure designs align with overall brand identity and strategic goals.
• Present design narratives, color themes, and mood boards for internal review and approval.
• Develop technical sketches and prepare supporting documents; collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams on sample and product development.
• Evaluate sample feedback on fit and style in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
• Draft approval documentation for submission to brand principals and internal management.
• Engage in pricing negotiations with suppliers and compile final costings for sign-off.
• Handle purchase order documentation as per process requirements.
• Track and ensure timely product deliveries within set timelines.
• Generate collection-wise purchase summaries.
• Coordinate quality control (QC) checks after shipment arrivals and manage post-inspection actions.
