• Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations.
• Lead and manage production operators to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production schedules, productivity, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prepare production reports and operational documentation.
