Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Factory Planner to optimize production schedules and material flow to support manufacturing operations in a Semicon environment. You will develop schedules based on demand and capacity, monitor inventories, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering and Logistics teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in SCM/IE/Business Admin and has at least 3 years' experience in Production/ Factory/ Supply Chain Planning, with SAP and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in: Production Planning, Factory Planning, Supply Chain Planning
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of: SAP, Microsoft Excel, Capacity Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning
• Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing / OSAT will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and factory capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support production.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering and Logistics teams.
• Analyze demand forecasts and capacity planning to optimize production efficiency.
• Track production progress and resolve potential bottlenecks.
• Prepare production planning reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize planning systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel for planning and reporting.
