Qualifications

• 8-10 years in food manufacturing; 5+ years as Factory or Plant Manager.
• Experience in RTE and process food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, HALAL, MESTI, and ISO food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end food production ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage and develop factory staff across various departments.
• Control costs and reduce waste across materials, labor, and utilities.
