Supervise and coordinate daily operations in production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure product consistency, safety, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.).

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues and improve workflow.

Maintain accurate records of production volumes, downtimes, material usage, and waste for reporting and analysis.

Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations throughout the production area.

Train, guide, and evaluate production Supervisors, Leaders and operators to ensure skill development and adherence to SOPs.

Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase output, and improve efficiency.

Support in raw material planning and inventory coordination to avoid production delays.

Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
