What You’ll Do
- Lead production and warehouse teams to execute action plans delivery targets for local and global markets
- Develop and optimize production schedules in collaboration with related departments to balance sales demands
- Implement effective work processes to minimize rejects, scrap, and material waste while maximizing quality of finished goods
- Manage production budgets and control costs, and work on continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper material handling, warehouse operations, and logistics
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of manufacturing production environment experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience managing production teams including supervisors, technicians, and general workers
- Hands‑on experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and controlling production expenses
- Well conversed in Mandarin to liaise with our Mandarin speaking counterparts
