Key Responsibilities
- Facility Operations & Maintenance – Lead and perform maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E systems (air compressor, dryer, vacuum, firefighting, gas, electrical and other utility systems). Ensure systems operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with standards, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Project Execution & Technical Support – Handle installation, testing and commissioning of new or upgraded M&E systems, review technical designs, specifications and drawings, monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors, consultants, customers and authorities, and maintain technical documentation.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and QA/QC standards, support 5S workplace organization, participate in audits and inspections, and oversee renewal of regulatory approvals such as JKKP, BOMBA, ST and others.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field; BO Chargeman qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Engineering, utilities and M&E systems (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Experience with air compressor, dryer, vacuum, firefighting, gas, electrical and other utility systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility and technical issues.
- Familiarity with M&E project coordination, installation and commissioning.
- Good understanding of industry codes, safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on, proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
