About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform maintenance and repair of facility systems including HVAC, cleanroom, electrical, mechanical, and process utilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and improvement works to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of facility systems, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
- Review technical drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors or vendors during project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, and materials, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain technical documentation and prepare testing or progress reports.
- Perform energy analysis and load assessment to improve system efficiency.
- Support energy‑saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote 5S practices and a continuous improvement culture.
- Provide hands‑on guidance and technical support during audits, inspections, and improvement projects.
- Ensure all maintenance operations comply with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in facility engineering, HVAC, cleanroom, or utilities systems.
- Experience in carbon‑footprint reporting or as an energy manager is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and system optimization.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and basic energy‑efficiency practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Certifications in HVAC, energy management, or safety are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to be hands‑on and support operational or emergency needs.
