A leading solutions provider in sensory experience is seeking a Facility & Project Manager in Johor Bahru. The role involves coordinating projects, managing infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in facility management, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing. Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential, along with proven project management capabilities.

The company is a prominent provider of sensory experience solutions with expertise in various core technologies including semiconductor. The company is located in Senai, Johor. Notably, they are the sole micro-component manufacturing company from China ranked in the top 10 company in China.
Oversee construction and installation progress, including layout planning, equipment relocation, and cleanroom setup.
Develop and monitor project schedules, cost control, and risk management plans.
Liaise closely with local authorities, vendors, and headquarter teams for approvals, inspections, and project handovers.
Ensure all projects comply with EHS, building, and semiconductor facility standards.
Support new plant setup, expansion, and infrastructure improvement to enhance production capability and operational efficiency.
Prepare project reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in facility, infrastructure, or plant construction project management, preferably within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
Proven experience in civil and renovation works, M&E system installation, and equipment relocation/setup (must-have).
Familiar with building services, utilities systems (CDA, HVAC, DIW, WWTP, Electrical), and cleanroom setup.
Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills; able to work with contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
Excellent project planning, cost management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with regional teams and China HQ.
PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
