What you'll be doing?

Manage Facilities: Oversee daily maintenance operations of ACMV, Chiller, HVAC, mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.

Conduct Inspections: Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

Diagnose Issues: Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external contractors.

Analyse Data: Interpret data from building management systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.

Collaborate on Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure facilities operate in compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide Training: Offer training and support to facility personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, M&E Engineering, or any relevant field.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or FM industry.

Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance, and BMS systems.

Certifications: Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP)/Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) (GMAP(FM)) and/or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).

Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills to collaborate with various FM teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work independently and as part of a team and achieve objectives.
