  • Professional/ technicial certificate, Diploma in Vocational/ Higher Mechanical/ property management or equivalent certification
  • at least 2-3 years experiences in coordinating building's repair/ maintenance/ renovation/ construction or relevant works
  • good proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

  • to coordinate with site team for job orders and request follow up
  • assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement
  • read plans and drawing and manage a few maintenaces work
