Job summary

A global facilities management company in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of commercial buildings and equipment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a commercial property setting and holds a High School diploma or equivalent. Technical training in HVAC or plumbing is preferred. This position may require emergency response and shift work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
