Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Complete work orders on a timely basis by following Sanmina standard operating procedures.
- Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the Sanmina premises and make sure all the utilities supply provided to Production within control limit. If any finding on the system, immediately inform to Engineer to take necessary action to rectify back to normal condition.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any work or maintenance calls that arise either Facility Engineer or by other departments.
- Respond politely and promptly to requester and resolve matters to their satisfaction.
- Able to priorities the work or maintenance issues and to attend the breakdown on priority.
- Perform maintenance activities in any areas including electrical equipment, plumbing, ESD tiles and Air conditioning.
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment related to Facility
- To take care HVAC system to monitor RH% and Temperature in production with the control limit.
- To monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems.
- Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
- Communicate with different departments and to provide them with information and assistance.
- Check for new maintenance or work requests which arrange by Engineer and update remarks once the task is completed.
- Able to use your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.
- Able to maintain a daily logbook of work done during the shift.
- Able to take charge of a shift.
- Able to complete the daily checklist before handing over the shift.
- Able to look after the smooth functioning of all machinery and equipment.
- Able give proper handover to the next shift and also take regular briefing of the shift staff.
- Pass down and update all complaints as they are received to next shift tech and to Engineer.
- Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard.
- Responsible to take decisions when the Engineer and Assistant Engineer are not available.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition.
- Maintain the engineering working area and control desk in a good condition always.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Train and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Attend all firefighting classes and to obtain a thorough knowledge of firefighting appliances.
- Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
- Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 4 years in similar experiences
- Diploma In Electronics Engineering
