Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, focusing on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in maintenance or a related field, preferably in retail.
  • Background in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical in Building services.
  • Acknowledge in Building Management System will be value added.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of buildings and related systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Respond to tenants' maintenance requests promptly.

Skills

Technician

  • Certificate: MLVK, Giat Mara or any related to the Malaysia TVET. Certifications in facilities maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance or a related field, preferably in retail.
  • Skills: Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment repairs.

Years of experience – 1 to 3 years

Background – Civil, Mechanical or Electrical in Building services

Acknowledge in Building Management System will be value added

(07.00am – 03.00am)
(03.00pm – 11.00pm)
(11.00pm – 07.00am)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To ensure proper functioning and upkeep of buildings, facilities and related systems. To apply preventive maintenance, repairs and inspections on all office buildings.
  • To conduct routine inspections of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems.
  • To perform preventive maintenance in preventing breakdowns or failures.
  • To troubleshoot and repair issues with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
  • To repair fixtures and fittings.
  • To replace faulty wiring, switches and other electrical components.
  • To promptly respond to tenants’ maintenance, complaint/requests.
  • To assume any other responsibilities as and when required by the Company.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of store facilities, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical systems, flooring, and fixtures.
  • Quickly address and resolve issues such as leaks, broken equipment, and minor electrical or plumbing problems to minimize store downtime.
