Job summary

Entegris Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer, Facilities Site Management to lead a team of technicians and ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment, and manage preventive maintenance with a focus on reliability and cost control.

You will manage projects, coordinate with contractors, monitor energy use, and ensure documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field with minimum 5 years of hand’s on working experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Familiar with FM Global, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, ST, Safety compliance needs.
• Familiar with ISO System (9000, 14000), RBA.
• Troubleshooting with data analysis; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating contractors.
• Clear reporting and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Lead facility-related projects; coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Track facility performance metrics; provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and safety teams to meet organizational goals.
