A facilities management company in Malacca is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing operations of property projects and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will develop client relationships, manage vendor contracts, and conduct routine audits to improve operational efficiency. Strong experience in facilities management and financial analysis is essential for success in this role.
Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, youll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. Youll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
In addition, youll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance. Youll also be in charge of creating stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.
