Qualifications

• Facilities management experience is highly desired.
• Considerable industry experience, preferably in building/property management.
• Experience in a trades position like Mechanical fitter or Electrician is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Independent achiever who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-based preventive and breakdown maintenance programs.
• Oversee building management and environmental monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled and ad hoc maintenance.
• Identify and implement facility improvement opportunities.
• Engage with Procurement and ensure compliance with Safety regulations.
