A leading semiconductor company based in Penang is looking for a Head of Facilities and Infrastructure to manage critical operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management within manufacturing, demonstrate leadership skills, and possess a solid background in infrastructure planning. This role requires collaboration across teams to optimize operational efficiency, with responsibilities ranging from project management to safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of facilities management experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian infrastructure regulations and environmental requirements.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction management for new facilities and renovations.
• Oversee lifecycle management of factory infrastructure.
• Optimize energy usage and monitor environmental compliance.
