Job summary

Oriental Coffee International – Puchong New Village is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for outlets and HQ facilities, covering electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and equipment.

You will respond to breakdowns, assist in installation and setup, maintain service logs, and coordinate with external vendors while ensuring safety standards are met. Willingness to travel to outlets and work in warehouse/outdoor environments is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for outlets and HQ facilities, ensuring smooth operations and safety.
• Experience in outlet/retail/restaurant maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, plumbing or air-conditioning servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for outlets and HQ facilities (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, equipment, fixtures).
• Respond to breakdowns, repair requests, and on-site troubleshooting at outlets and HQ.
• Assist in installation, relocation, and setup of equipment or fixtures.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and spare part usage records.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors or contractors when needed.
• Attend to urgent or ad-hoc maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, outlet damage).
• Support general repair works such as carpentry, painting, signage fixing, and infrastructure upkeep.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety standards and company procedures.
