Job summary

JLL in Johor Bahru seeks a site maintenance/engineering professional to coordinate service requests, monitor maintenance and project work, and ensure adherence to HSE standards. The role covers electrical distribution (low voltage), genset coordination and preventive maintenance within a data centre environment.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and have 3–4 years’ experience in engineering or critical environments, with 1–2 years in operating electrical/mechanical services in Tier III

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Electrical or Mechanical.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment services.
• 1 - 2 years' experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
• Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
• Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and in technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests/work orders and ensure completion within SLA/KPI.
• Coordinate/monitor site maintenance and project work to meet HSE standards.
• Coordinate electrical distribution (low voltage) and Genset activities.
• Perform installations, inspection, preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support cross-functional teams to fulfil required SLAs and safety standards.
