Responsibilities
  • Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on a variety of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and disruptions
  • Coordinating with external service providers and contractors for major repairs or renovations
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset management
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Providing technical support and advice to other departments as needed
  • Participating in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans and strategies
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering, with a focus on Facilities Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar facilities maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
