Revolution Runners Sdn Bhd is seeking a Face-to-Face Brand Representative to engage customers at campaigns, roadshows and events, representing well-known brands and driving excitement. You will learn selling and presentation skills while gaining hands-on experience.
No experience is required; we provide training and a mentor from week one. Travel opportunities across Malaysia and abroad are available, with a path to leadership for strong performers.
Not sure what you want to do yet? Good. Come figure it out with us.
Here's the deal: you'll spend your days talking to real people, repping brands you've actually heard of and learning how sales and marketing really work. And yes, there's travel too.
No experience needed. Seriously. We train you properly, and you'll have a mentor who's been where you are right from week one.
Chatting with customers at face-to-face campaigns, roadshows and events
Representing well-known brands and getting people excited about them
Making sure everyone you talk to walks away having had a good experience
Building real skills in communication, selling and presenting (the kind that look great on any CV)
Learning from leaders who've done it before, alongside a team that's got your back
Travel: top performers get the chance to go on campaigns across Malaysia and even overseas, so work doesn't always mean the same four walls
Real training: hands-on, practical, and no "figure it out yourself" nonsense
Growth that's fast: step up into leadership based on how you perform, not how long you've been around
Good people: team activities, celebrations and a crew that genuinely cheers each other on
A first job you can be proud of: you'll walk away with skills and confidence you can take anywhere
You're a fresh grad or just starting out (we love that)
You're friendly, curious and don't freeze up when meeting new people
You're up for learning, feedback included
You like working in a team and jumping in to help
You've never done sales before. That's totally fine.
Your first job doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to teach you something, and show you what you can do.
