Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia invites applications for an Industrial Trainee - Unit Process Engineering within the Manufacturing and Operations team. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment, where you will help turn silicon wafers into cutting-edge technology while gaining exposure to advanced process control.

You will generate KPI reports, drive module reps to meet MNT KPI, and analyse and present insights at regular meetings, contributing to Fab MNT projects and sustainability

Qualifications

• CGPA at least 3.00.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Basic managerial skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate Fab MNT KPI reports for management.
• Drive module reps to meet MNT KPI.
• Analyse and present KPI reports during regular meetings.
• Contribute to Fab MNT projects.
