A leading senior living service provider in Subang Jaya is seeking a Food & Beverage Captain to oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality field, and must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Candidates with experience in a restaurant or hotel setting are preferred, and shift work is required.

Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B Service to ensure smooth operation.
Train and guide new F&B Service Assistant in the performance of their jobs.
Handle cashiering system for payment or keying in orders if required.
Responsible for stock ordering to ensure sufficient food & beverage supplies and adequate equipment during operation.
Take care of the dining room, banquet rooms, floor lounge and recreational room service, ordering and meal delivery.
Assist in the banquet functions for events/corporate lunch preparation and set-up.
Take care of general hygiene, food safety and grooming standard of F&B service.
Assist Assistant Manager / Manager of Food & Beverage in any ad-hoc tasks and perform their duties in their absence.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in related field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in F&B or hospitality field.
Preferably candidates from Food & Beverage Chain/ Restaurant/ Hotel is an advantage.
Self-motivated with positive attitude.
Willing to work on shift basis, must be able to serve alcohol.
