About the Role

As an F&B Porter (食材運送員), you will be focusing on assisting with a smooth operation of the Kitchen Team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ordered food ingredients to the assigned kitchens.
• Ensure the quantities and qualities of foodare in good order and inform supervisors about any discrepancy and substandardfood orders.
• Ensure the neatness and cleanliness as per the required standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 傳送訂購的食材到相關廚房
• 確保所收取食材與相關所訂單一致及品質良好，向上級會報有關食材數量及品質差異
• 檢查廚房有關存倉、清潔及整理
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• Relevant experience in the Hotel Industry would be an advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills.
