Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Captain to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an F&B Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and motivating our service team.

  • Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professional
  • Proper handling of cashier, ensure that all bills were correctly charged and appropriatechangereturn to guest, for anycash paymentmade by guest. For creditcard, e-wallet, on-line payment,ensuresthatcorrectamount entered, and all bills must be posted, closedimmediatelyin POS uponguest’spayment received.
  • Responsibleto keepthework stationsorganized,clean,neatandrequiredmise-en-place wereready/top-up.
  • Ensure consistent high-level service and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff schedules and handle operational logistics
  • Liaise between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently
  • Maintain inventory and report needs for supplies and equipment
  • Train new team members and conduct regular team meetings
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols
  • Assist the F&B Supervisor as required
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiative
  • Ensures thatworking areas, furnishings and equipment arewell-maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, proper functionality, safe to use and zero faulty.
  • Ensures that par levels ofguest’soperating supplies,f&bstockaremaintainedandmaking sure item’s availability.
  • Ensures that all maintenance defects areimmediatelyreported to thedepartmentalmanagersand beingfollowed-upwithEngineeringDepartment.
  • Works in conjunctionwithinthe guidance of departmentmanager’s,inchanges and ideas on operation’s best practice.
  • Capableto attendguestfeedback/complaintsorcomplimentand if necessary, refer them toSupervisor/Department’s Manager on-dutyfor corrective action to be taken or service recovery to be taken withinimmediatebased on case.
Qualifications
  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM /Diploma Hotel Management/Catering & events
  2. Minimum 2 years working experiences as F&B Captain in Restaurant, Banquet operations, In-Room Dining
  3. Discipline and self-motivated
  4. Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
