Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing export sales orders from inquiry to delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment
  • Communicate with international clients regarding orders, documentation, and follow-up
  • Prepare basic export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
  • Support in generating quotations and commercial offers under supervision
  • Track and report on shipments and customer feedback
  • Maintain sales records and assist with reporting using tools like Excel or SAP
  • Conduct basic market research to support business development activities
  • Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support to senior team members
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years of relevant experience in export sales or international business

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage

Experience in handling outstation sales or willingness to travel for outstation assignments will be considered a plus.
