• Knowledge in Export and import documentation, Inventory Management & SAP software required.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English necessary.
• Willingness to work at Arab Malaysian Industrial Park, Nilai is essential.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Plan shipment effectively by coordinating with internal and external parties. Handle orders for export and import.
2. Prepare shipping document, key in update sales order and customer details in the system.
3. Monitor operation and liaise with forwarders for export and import arrangements.
4. Coordinate with production schedule, delivery status and planning loading.
5. Ensure up to date tracking of shipments.
6. Timely posting of sales order and invoice in sap.
7. Handle export from external outsources to manila (final customer)
8. Daily prepared report to superior and checking status shipment advise to final customer
9. Monitor stock for finish goods at warehouse to be export out.
10. Perform other task as may be directed by the Superior

As SAP Specialist

1. Perform SAP material transactions in accordance to SAP procedures and work instructions.
2. Ensures that all material deliveries and issuance are accomplished in accordance with the company’s procedures, ensuring compliance to SAP requirement.
3. Monitor/measure SAP transactions ensuring accurate information generation and parity of SAP and storage information / inventory.
4. In-charge in collecting daily GI and encode to SAP and data base.
5. As SAP User, creates Delivery Document, Good Issue, Good receipt for Finished Lead deliver to customer.
6. Perform production posting in SAP.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by his superior.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2. Candidate must have knowledge in Export and import documentation, Inventory Management & SAP software.
3. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Applicants must be willing to work at Arab Malaysian Industrial Park, Nilai.
5. One (1) Full-Time position(s) is available.
