Job Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to export controls, trade regulations, company policies, and key internal controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain export compliance procedures and documentation standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes in Thailand and internationally and update internal policies accordingly.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify risks and gaps.
• Train and advise staff on export compliance requirements and best practices.
• Liaise with customs authorities, government agencies, and partners regarding export documentation and compliance.
• Manage export licensing, permits, and trade documentation for various shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure compliance is embedded in all processes.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in export compliance, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai customs regulations, international trade laws, and export control requirements applicable to Western regions.
