Qualifications

• 4 - 5 years experience in IT Support.
• Ability to install, configure, and secure Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC and laptop hardware issues.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting backup status.
• Support and maintain file servers, NAS, and ERP access.
