PwC is seeking an Associate in Assurance to join our audit and assurance team. You will contribute to independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and related attestation work with a variety of clients.

In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion. Degree in Accounting and/or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in statutory and regulatory audits Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
