Job summary
Yen Creative in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Event Supervisor to manage roadshows, exhibitions and booth installations on site in Semenyih. You will coordinate with the Sales, Production and Installers teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Fresh graduates are welcome; travel is required, and a valid driving licence is a must. The role offers stability with EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, medical leave and health coverage as part of a comprehensive

- Experience in event, exhibition or booth management is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Supervise roadshow, exhibition and booth installation projects.
- Coordinate with Sales Team, Production Team and Installers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Attend site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare site progress updates and reports
