Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning, designing, and executing organizational transformation strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
- Support the identification of areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and innovation across business functions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Assist in research and analysis of competitors, industry trends and best practices to support strategy formulation.
- Support the creation and development of structured presentation materials and reports, ensuring quality standards for management consumption and decision-making.
Project Management & PMO Support
- Support PMO governance by ensuring compliance with project management standards, maintaining documentation, and assisting with stage-gate reviews and committee reporting (PWC/PSC).
- Track and monitor transformation project progress, highlighting roadblocks, and deliverables to achieve defined goals, budgets and priorities.
- Coordinate project and transformation initiatives execution by managing timelines, resources and deliverables to achieve defined goals, budgets and priorities.
- Maintain project tools and records such as templates dashboards and documentation repositories to promote consistency, transparency and accountability across all transformation initiatives.
Process Optimization
- Assist in mapping out current business processes and identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and standardization.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes by teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to transformation initiatives to measure effectiveness and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on the progress and impact of transformation efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide decision-making.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, finance, and operations, to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, business units, and external partners to drive collaboration and ensure alignment on transformation goals.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to help employees adapt to new systems and processes.
Innovation and Technology Adoption
- Assist in researching and evaluating new technologies and solutions that can drive business transformation.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
- Support digital transformation efforts by implementing and managing new software systems or platforms.
Change Management
- Assist in planning and executing change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during transformation projects.
- Support communication efforts by creating content and engaging with employees to address concerns and promote buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement with change processes, suggesting improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any recognized field.
- Minimum 3years of experience in transformation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations and reports, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience or exposure to process improvement or change management initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and supporting new processes or systems.
