A leading airline seeks a Coordinator for the Dangerous Goods team to manage training logistics and provide administrative support. You will work closely with both internal departments and external partners to ensure training and compliance requirements are met. Job Description
  • Coordinate internal and external activities as assigned by the Head of AirAsia Magic, including:

    • Providing administrative support for the department.

  • Coordinate activities assigned by the Dangerous Goods Manager, including:

    • Internal Training:

      • Liaise with Network Management Centre on participants' namelists for internal training (monthly/quarterly).
      • Coordinate with HRDC Employer for HRDC grants.
      • Prepare quotations, attendance lists, course brochures, and trainer profiles for DG Training grants.
      • Book venues/classrooms (RedQ, CAE, MAvA, MSV).
      • Arrange student meals when necessary.
      • Scan and organize attendance records from trainers.
    • External Training:

      • Liaise with external companies to organize training and obtain grant IDs.
    • Handle DG Physical Card applications to CAAM, excluding Function 7 (Pilot) and Function 9 (Cabin Crew).
    • Coordinate passport-sized photographs for DG Card applications.
    • Maintain records of certificates, attendance lists, and manuals (soft and hard copies).
    • Manage DTR and claims for the DG Team.
