The ideal candidate will educate employees on medical benefits, manage health records, and coordinate wellness programs. With a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in health or benefits roles, you will play a key role in promoting employee well-being through effective communication and implementation of health initiatives.

Medical Benefits & Insurance Administration:
  • Educate employees on medical benefits, coverage, and claim procedures.
  • Liaise with insurance providers for Guarantee Letters and claims processing.
  • Resolve issues and maintain updated employee benefit information.
  • Coordinate staff health screenings and vaccination programs.
  • Maintain accurate vaccination records and ensure compliance with schedules.
Employee Health Records Management:
  • Maintain confidential health records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
Healthcare & Wellness Awareness:
  • Plan and execute wellness programs and health awareness campaigns for employees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote preventive healthcare and overall well‑being.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in staff health or staff benefits and welfare related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with medical benefit coverage and claim procedures.
