Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Finance & Administration to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities. This role is responsible for month-end closing, P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position also involves close collaboration with operational teams to support business decision-making and financial planning.

Responsibilities
  • Handle month-end close activities independently from journal posting to preparing reporting pack.
  • Perform P&L review and analysis. Provide commentary for accounts that have significant changes and investigate account with unusual balances.
  • Prepare and review monthly schedule reconciliation for Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and manage internal and external audit and annual tax filing
  • Assist in the preparation of Business Plans, feasibility studies on business expansion, and acquisitions.
  • Business partnering with operation managers.
  • Assist on ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
