Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Contract: 6 months (Convertible to Permanent based on performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented. Executive / Senior Executive, Academic Programs to support the operations and delivery of our Executive MBA (EMBA) program. This role plays a key part in coordinating academic activities, events, and student support to ensure a smooth and high‑quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Orientation
  • Coordinate student onboarding activities and orientation sessions
  • Prepare student welcome packs and manage program merchandise
  • Create and manage class WhatsApp groups
  • Coordinate room bookings and communicate details to students
  • Maintain class schedules on Outlook and SharePoint calendars
  • Provide on‑ground support during orientation activities
Program & Academic Operations
  • Support Residency Week and Hybrid Weekend programs
  • Coordinate venues, classroom setup, AV/IT requirements, and logistics
  • Arrange food & beverage orders for classes and events
  • Provide on‑site operational support during academic sessions
Academic Events Support
  • Assist in planning and coordinating academic‑related events
  • Handle venue booking, F&B, AV, and other logistical arrangements
  • Ensure schedules and calendars are updated accurately
Student Affairs Support
  • Build positive relationships with students
  • Respond to student enquiries and operational issues in a timely manner
  • Escalate matters when necessary to ensure smooth resolution
Finance & Administration
  • Process procurement and expenses via ERP system
  • Support administrative documentation and financial tracking
Requirements
