Job summary

A customer service company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual for a customer service role. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and applicants with a diploma or degree in business-related fields will have an advantage. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and collaborating with internal teams for excellent service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints via telephone.
  • Raise service requests and elevate complex cases to Tier 2 when required.
  • Follow up to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide accurate product information and guidance to policyholders, agents, PFA, CSE, and intermediaries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
