Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to handle credit documentation and the timely issuance of various letters related to credit offers and notifications.

Responsibilities include preparing LO/SLO/LN/LR upon approved applications, transcription of terms per CA/CR, and ensuring accuracy and policy compliance while supporting deadlines and TAT targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of credit documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• To check and ensure accuracy and timely issuance of all type letter (Letter(s) of Offer/Supplementary Letter(s) of Offer/Letter(s) of Notification/Review Letter(s)) and promote prompt services.
• To prepare LO/SLO/LN/LR upon receipt of approved credit application from ARMs.
• To ensure terms per CA/CR are transcribed into LO/SLOLN/LR and kept compliant with policies.
• To ensure LO/SLO/LN/LR prepared are accurate, complete and compliant with policies.
• To assist team leader to meet deadlines for offer letter preparation and ensure TAT.

• To ensure LO/SLO/LN/LR prepared are accurate, complete and in compliance with the policies.
• To assist team leader to ensure that the deadlines for the preparation of the offer letters are met.
• To ensure TAT for LO/SLO/LN/LR issuance are met.
• Access to LOAD$ for maintaining & checking pre-approved HP limit.
• Access to AS400 (HOINQMENU) & SCLAS for viewing, checking of customer information to perform the job.

Job Requirements

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent holder.
• 3 years and above related experience of credit documentation.

Experience/Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in land laws/Companies Act or credit documentation is preferable
