Executive / Senior Executive, Recruitment
Supports the recruitment function on strategic staffing goals to attract, develop and retain a high-quality diverse workforce. Recruiting jobs for Christine Bakery HQ and operations. Models and acts in accordance with Christine guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers to anticipate and deliver recruitment requirements based on future business needs and expectations; implements all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, selection, employment checks, job offer, etc.
- Identifies sourcing channels to ensure a high volume and high quality candidate pipeline such as referral program, online platforms, campus outreach, collaboration with learning/education institutions, recruitment agencies, networking, etc.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process including background checks, preparation of offer letters, conducting onboarding for new hires periodic check-ins to ensure an efficient and seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Works with HRM to develop and establish key performance factors, desired behavioral competencies, interviewing criteria, etc.
- Develops and implements recruitment marketing campaigns on various print and media platforms to elevate company’s brand to attract talent.
- Tracks recruitments KPIs and compiles recruitment-related reports.
- Trains and leads team members and ensures hiring processes are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Has working experience in handling foreign worker management, which may include: Work permit/employment pass application, insurance and other benefits administration; Maintenance of HR data of foreign worker; Liaise with cross functional teams and 3rd parties related to hostel/lodging, transportation and other matter.
- Implement and support hiring activities and events which include attending career fairs, sourcing and deployment of seasonal gig workers or casual labor.
- Performs other ad hoc hiring duties when required. Short-term hiring assignments will also be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area of recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the F&B/retail/customer service industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to set priorities, meets deadlines and multi-task.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint with good presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of discretion in handling and maintaining confidential information.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management administration.
